The Phoenix Quest was built for that moment. A unique six-month journey for a very small group of leaders who are ready to stop repeating the internal playbook that shaped the last chapter and to write the next chapter consciously.

Through this experience you are held at three levels simultaneously. By an intelligent platform that learns you and grows more personal (via an AI Twin) the longer you are inside it. By a cohort of five others who are on a similar path. And by me, through expert executive coaching on the change you are navigating.

The Phoenix Quest began with a lived experience.
While walking the Camino de Santiago, I was stripped of the familiar structures that usually define me; my roles, my competence, my productivity, and the stories I had been carrying about who I am and how I must move through the world. Without those layers, long-held beliefs surfaced, the beliefs that had once served me, but no longer reflected who I was becoming.

That experience did not produce answers. It produced space:

Space to see where I had been repeating templates rather than making conscious choices.

Space to rewrite what no longer served my growth.​

Space to walk, to grow and to learn with others, without judgement.
The Phoenix Quest exists because most leaders are never given the time, structure, or community to do that kind of internal rewrite, while still leading real lives inside real systems.

Arrival & Reset
Pausing long enough to orient yourself honestly. Naming what has been carried, and what may need to be set down

Walking Together
Working with rhythm, collaboration, and shared cadence. Discovering how effort changes when you are not walking alone.
Month 5
The Middle Stretch
Staying present when clarity is subtle and progress is quiet. Building trust in yourself and the process.
Month 2
Being Met
Exploring support, trust, and accompaniment. Noticing where you are already held and where receiving support might change the journey.
Month 4
Discernment & Fundamentals
Separating what is essential from what is performative. Simplifying without diminishing.
Month 6
Integration & Return
Consolidating what has shifted and designing a re-entry that carries the work forward with intention.

What The Journey Contains
Cohort size is intentionally small: 6 participants.
We will begin the Phoenix Quest at the end of March with specific times for monthly meetings aligned together with the participants.

A twenty-minute reflection unlike anything you have encountered in a professional context. It asks nothing about your title or your track record. It asks what you actually carry, what genuinely costs you, what you have never quite found the language for. You receive something personal and precise at the end of it. This is the first moment of being seen

Your Private Intelligent Portal
A space built specifically for this journey and specifically for you. From the moment you enter, a digital twin is being created which already knows you. Your portrait is waiting, your reflections are held, your growth is seen. Between sessions it accompanies you through workshops, one on ones and with prompts drawn from your own words. Live 1 hour sessions designed for this cohort and this cohort only. Carefully crafted experiences that use the shared territory of the group to go somewhere no individual session could reach.

Leaders, Place Together With Intention
Within the cohort of six, you will be placed in a smaller, more intimate space of 2 or 3 where the real conversations happen. Your partners are assigned. The most important relationships are often the ones we didn't know we needed. This is where the journey becomes something you walk with others, not just alongside them.

Weekly prompts keep the internal work alive between workshops. These are not tasks or homework. They are invitations. And when you respond, you will recieve personalized responses drawn from what you shared. A signal that you have been heard.

The Closing Portrait
The Gift At The End of the Road
At the close of six months, you receive a document that could only ever exist for you. Drawn from everything you wrote, reflected, and experienced across the journey. It is a portrait of who you were when you arrived, what shifted, and who you are leaving as. Received in a private session. Something you will keep long after the programme ends.
One add-on is available for those who want it: 3 Private 1:1 coaching sessions with Afsheen alongside the group journey. Not required. There for those who need it.
