A gamified simulation where a team of leaders must navigate a series of challenges to “escape” a complex scenario. For example: It’s the year 2030, your company has been hit by a cyber attack during a global supply chain collapse – you have 1 hour to stabilize the situation. Leaders are given roles, data, and problems to solve under time pressure, working together to make decisions. The Scenario Escape Room addresses the experiential learning gap and pressure-tests for future scenarios. Leaders get to practice adaptive leadership, cross-functional communication, and quick decision-making in a lifelike model of future challenges.
